There has been a lot of very upsetting news about atrocities carried out by the terror group Boko Haram in northern Nigeria. But recently there has been some news that throws a chink of light and hope in what seems such a bleak situation. A bishop in Nigeria has said that if an amnesty was offered to Boko Haram fighters, it could result in most of the terror group’s forces laying down their weapons.
