“Ireland is sleepwalking its way into legalising assisted suicide and euthanasia on the basis of emotional reactions to hard cases.”

That’s according to our next guest, who spoke at a major conference recently on the topic. At the same conference, a new organisation ‘Hope Ireland’ was launched, which is opposed to laws permitting euthanasia or assisted suicide.
