Marcus is a man who was at the top of his sport for 14 years… in a sport that had only recently turned professional … that sport being Rugby.

In his 14 seasons at Munster he won 2 Heineken Cups, and also played for Ireland 67 times for Ireland between 2000 and 2011.

He now has a particular responsibility for caring for young sportspeople, as the Player Development Manager with the Irish Rugby Union Players’ Association (IRUPA).

Wendy spoke to Marcus about the work that he does off the field
